This most comfortable maisonette is arranged on three floors. Access to the upper floor is from the front via Lower Contour Road and access to the lower floor at the rear, is from Brixham Road and the Darthaven Marina car park. |

The upper floor consists of a double bedroom with en-suite to the rear, twin bedded room to the front, landing and entrance hall. Double bedroom and landing windows have fabulous views across Waterhead Creek and the River Dart. |

On the middle floor there is a sitting room with good window views, two large sofas, one of which converts into a double bed. There is also a flat screen TV, DVD, VCR, stereo unit and CD player. A “den” with bunk beds and a smart bathroom with electric shower, bath and toilet. |

The lower floor comprises a newly equipped kitchen and spacious conservatory dining area leading onto a large balcony, gaining the benefit of afternoon and evening sun. |
